What to tell us
- Your height and inside leg, so we can pick the right frame size.
- Where you actually ride: the distance, the hills and whether you carry anything.
- What you are replacing, if anything - it tells us more than any conversation about specifications.
- How soon you need it, because lead times come from the manufacturer and differ from model to model.
If we think a bike is wrong for you, we will say so. That is cheaper for both of us than a return.
