Every e-bike on this site is road legal in the UK and ordered direct from the brand when you buy. There is no shop and no showroom to pay for, so you get the bike and an honest explanation of what you are buying rather than a rent bill.

Nothing sits in a warehouse going out of date
We hold no stock. Your bike is ordered from the manufacturer when you order it from us, assembled and pre-delivery inspected by them, and delivered to your door with everything listed in the specification. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind.

What you get from us
Ordered from the maker, delivered to your door
14 days to change your mind
You cannot ride it first, so the risk is ours instead. Cancel for any reason within 14 days of delivery and send it back for a full refund, including the standard delivery you paid.
Warranty we deal with
You buy from us, so your consumer rights are with us and not the brand. If something goes wrong we handle the claim for you rather than leaving you to chase the manufacturer.
Delivered to your door
There is no shop to collect from, so every bike is delivered UK-wide and tracked. Nothing is held on a shelf: we order it from the brand once you have ordered it from us.
